Reiki does not know time or distance. With the distance symbol, Katia can send Reiki to your loved one who is far away or to you if you are not local to the Hilo area or for any other reason don't want to meet in person, distant Reiki is a great option for you! Reiki can also be sent to your past or future self for healing. We will chat on the phone or on Zoom to establish a connection (whichever you prefer) and discuss what specifically you would like to send Reiki to if you have something specific in mind or if the session is for you and you want general healing, that totally works too! Katia will be guided by Reiki energy to know where to give Reiki. You can also send Reiki to a loved one or a cause. As long as they are open to receiving healing, the Reiki healing will work. It helps if they are aware and actively receiving, but it is not strictly necessary, as long as they are open. Then Katia will send distant Reiki to the recipient, giving a full Reiki energy healing session. Reiki knows this intention and sends its healing energy to the recipient. If you are the recipient, it's best if you lie back to receive in a state of relaxation, but you can also watch if you prefer on Zoom. At the end of the session, we will reconnect to discuss the experience on both ends. Katia will share what she found and what she did to resolve anything specific that she noticed. Keep in mind that Reiki can still take a few more days to come to you or your recipient fully- you may receive more insight on the experience with more time, though there will certainly be effects during and directly after the Reiki session too. Distant Reiki is a fun way to share this healing energy!
