I'm here to support you. I believe you are whole, you are radiant, and you are worthy. I see it inside of you, and I would LOVE to support you in feeling it too. In session, we'll talk through whatever you're going through. I'll ask you meaningful questions to get to the bottom of whatever is happening in your life and how it's affecting you. We'll make a plan together to support your highest good and growth as you move forward. I'll work with you on whatever you need most! In between sessions, you'll also have life coaching chat support with me via Telegram. I'll always respond within 48 hours, but usually MUCH faster. And you'll have homework, like personalized journal prompts, meditations, activities, and affirmations. It's recommended that you come for 9 weekly sessions, but it's open to whatever you feel works best for you right here and now.
