I'm an Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master, Karuna Reiki® Master, and a certified Teaching Reiki Master with the International Center for Reiki Training. Reiki has been a profound part of my life since 2018, bringing me deep peace, clarity, and healing. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, searching for something more, and Reiki was the key that unlocked my own transformation. That’s why I’m so passionate about sharing this powerful healing energy with others—I’ve experienced firsthand how life-changing it can be. In addition to Reiki, I love yoga, spending time with my dogs, and tending to my bees, all of which keep me connected to the flow of energy in nature.   • Definitely! Reiki 1 is designed for beginners—no experience needed. I’ll walk you through everything step by step. “Reiki is a simple but powerful technique that can easily be learned by anyone.”

  • So many people worry about this, but Reiki isn’t about talent or intuition—it’s something anyone can access. The Reiki 1 Placement (attunement) opens your energy channels, and with practice, you’ll start noticing shifts. The Reiki you call in will get stronger and your awareness of Reiki will grow stronger too. Trust yourself!

  • You’ll leave with a 178-page manual, hands-on experience, and certification as a Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Level 1 & 2 Practitioner. You’ll be able to practice Reiki on yourself and others, and I’ll always be here if you need guidance after class.

    I also have a 30 days of Reiki self-paced course if you want me to guide you through everything day by day.

    You can also come to our monthly Reiki Shares event to practice on other Reiki people (they’re the best because they’re also excited and aware!).

    After 6 months of integrating the energies, you’ll also be eligible for the Reiki Master class.

  • Not at all! Many students take my Reiki workshops just for personal healing, stress relief, or self-discovery. Whether you use it for yourself, your loved ones, or as part of a future practice, Reiki is a tool you’ll always have. Once you’ve been attuned, you’ll have Reiki for life!

  • That’s completely normal! We’ll practice together in a supportive and relaxed space so you can get comfortable. Most students leave feeling way more confident than they expected! You can also practice Reiki without actually touching your recipient. It’s all about your intention to share healing Reiki energy.

  • If you feel drawn to Reiki, are curious about energy healing, or want more balance in your life, this class is for you! Reiki finds you when you’re ready! You don’t need a special reason—just an open heart and an openess to explore.
